During a client panel, we asked our clients if they could tell us was the most important thing an agency could provide them. Their response: quality assurance. Whether it’s a leave behind one-pager or a campaign containing dozens of collateral pieces, QA matters. 
This internal campaign was a lighthearted reminder to our team to ensure the proper QA channels have been followed before showing work to clients, hitting send on that rushed email, or delivering packaged files to our printers.
